OTC quotes are live and based on real-time market prices, so they don't last forever. Here's what you need to know:
1 — The quote timed out
Each OTC quote is only valid for a short window. If you take too long to confirm, it expires automatically. Simply click "Get Quote" again to generate a fresh one.
2 — Market conditions shifted
During periods of high market volatility, prices can move quickly. BTSE refreshes quotes frequently to reflect accurate real-time rates, which means an older quote may no longer be valid.
3 — You entered an amount outside the supported range
BTSE OTC supports trades from $0.10 to $3,500,000 USD or equivalent. If your amount falls outside this range, you won't receive a valid quote. Adjust your amount and try again.
4 — Your account isn't fully verified
OTC trading requires a fully verified (KYC) account. If your verification is incomplete or pending, you may be unable to request a quote. Check your verification status under Account Settings → Verification.
