How to Request for Account Deletion
- To request for account deletion, please accomplish BTSE Customer Support’s Feedback Form by visiting this link: Contact Us
- From the “Nature of Concern" field, click the dropdown list and select “Account Deletion”
- Kindly fill the Feedback Form’s required fields (*) including the "Details of Query / Concern" to proceed
- Once completed, Click "Submit" and check your email inbox for BTSE Customer Support’s response and verification
- Upon successful verification, BTSE Customer Support will send a confirmation email that your account is Deleted as requested
