BTSE does not currently hold a MiCAR license (CASP authorisation) and does not market or solicit its crypto-asset services to EU residents. Users who independently seek out BTSE's services entirely on their own initiative — without having been approached, advertised to, or solicited by BTSE — may access the platform under the reverse solicitation provisions of MiCAR Article 61. Such users are required to confirm this in writing during onboarding. Users who declare an EU residential address are not eligible for fiat on/off-ramp services regardless of how they accessed the platform. BTSE's licensing position may change and any updates will be published through official channels.
