BTSE services may be completely or partially unavailable in some jurisdictions, including:

Canada
Taiwan
United Kingdom
BTSE has discontinued services for users in the United Kingdom effective 21 February 2025.
Malaysia
BTSE is not registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia to operate a digital asset exchange and does not market or solicit its services to Malaysian residents. Access to and use of the platform from Malaysia is strictly prohibited. By using this platform, you confirm that you are not a resident of Malaysia and are not accessing the services from within Malaysia.
Singapore
BTSE is not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide digital payment token services and does not market or solicit its services to Singapore residents.
European Union
- BTSE does not currently hold a MiCAR license (CASP authorisation) and does not market or solicit its services to EU residents.
