To withdraw fiat funds to your bank account, follow these steps:

• Go to Wallet > Withdraw.

• Select the currency you wish to withdraw.

• Select your preferred withdrawal method. Depending on the currency, local rails such as SEPA or FPS may be available. 

• Once you have selected your preferred withdrawal method, you may be required to verify your bank account. 

If your receiving bank is in the European Union, verification may be completed via Volt. Alternatively, you may be asked to make a one-time bank transfer from your receiving bank account. 

• Only bank accounts verified in your name will be accepted. This verification is required as part of our risk management and security measures. 

• Once your bank account has been successfully verified:

  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw

  • Select Withdraw to proceed

  • Carefully review all details before confirming your request
