• Individual users who have completed the Level 2 (L2) verification process.

• Corporate users who have completed the Level 4 (L4) verification process.

Step 1: Start the extended verification process 

• Access any of the Fiat Services pages (e.g., Express Buy, Deposit, or Withdrawal) and select the fiat currency you want to use.

Step 2: Carefully review the service terms and click “Continue”.

Step 3: Submit the required information

• Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary documents and complete the questionnaire.

• Ensure that all information matches your government-issued ID and that answers are accurate and truthful.

• Once submitted, our team will review your application. If approved, you'll receive a notification via email and in-app notification, and you’ll be able to use the additional fiat features.

• Be Patient: The review process may take some time, but carefully following instructions can help you avoid delays.
